Reliable protection of vacuum systems from pressures > 1.5 bar
The main requirement of a modern pressure relief valve is its reliable and precise acting relief trigger. The 21.2 relief trigger is driven by a high durability pressure spring that is laid-out for extended lifetime. The trigger is calibrated to open the valve at a pressure of 1.2 to 1.5 bar. Its operating range is set between 1 x 10-8 mbar and 1.2 bar with a gas flow of max. 6 l/min.
Tested in thousands of demanding applications under various process conditions, the 21.2 series has proven its outstanding reliability.
The 21.2 Pressure Relief Valve is available in DN 16mm (5/8“). The valve body is made of stainless steel. The standard flange is ISO-KF. Its bakeout temperature is ≤ 150 °C.
